My thought process.

I've never believed great products are built by design alone. Every feature, every workflow, and every decision should solve a real business problem, create value for customers, and move the company forward.

How the work has changed

• Ownership. I take features end to end, from design through to production, contributing directly to the codebase instead of handing over a spec.
• Judgment. AI made output cheap. Choosing the right problem, and knowing what not to build, is the part that still has to be earned.
